"Think Responsibly"
Phase 1
Executive Workshop
Middle Management Workshop
Employee Workshop
These series of workshops teach leaders and employees how to strengthen their leadership skills, solve problems at the root, and improve performance, while getting the outcomes they desire by teaching a simple, tested, repeatable process and techniques on personal and shared responsibility. *Each session is scheduled independently.
Phase 2
Organizational Assessment
The Organizational Assessment is a personalized view of the organizational key factors impacting culture, behaviors, performance and the quality of work life. The assessment is an objective view of the organization’s current environment and illustrates where the organization actually stands. This enables management to leverage its current assets as well as choose to do things differently in order to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in achieving the organization’s mission.
Phase 3
Leader and Team Mentoring
After both leaders and their teams learn the transforming power of personal and shared responsibility and are on their way to creating a culture of responsibility, it’s time to put the process to the test; Learn how to add more value by working together to get things done.
Phase 4
Application Mastery
Learn the essential steps to actually solving problems within a group, using real-life scenarios and whether you use power or control to solve problems and which one is better. Group mentoring provides a number of unique benefits. By working in the application mastery groups we can leverage an organization’s or teams resources, allow for "peer mentoring" among members in the group, aid in the building of networks, and build leadership and teamwork skills that are not possible in a one-on-one setting.
Phase 5
Individual Coaching and Mentoring
One-on-one private, practical application to real-life relationship issues that provide immediate gains in work and life. Individual coaching and mentoring is about getting the very best out of someone and enabling them to make decisions that will improve their work and life. It is adaptable to the situation presented and focuses on enablement and reflection, so that the individual decides and discovers their required progression themselves.
